What do I need to fill in the card library?
1.- Fill in the form. Download.
2.- Two recent colour photographs in ID size.
3.- I.D. Card or similar.
How much it costs?
It’s free.
Can I do it on the Internet?
No, but you can download the inscription form from the Internet.
How many document can I borrow? How much time?
3 books (15 days).
3 audiovisuals (7 days).
Can I renew it?
Yes, you can renew the books up to twice, always that they haven’t been booked by another user.
How?
- By telephone saying the reader’s number.
- By internet with the reader’s number and the key.
- At the library.
What if my books are exceeded? Are there sanctions?
The sanction is mainly applied by day and document exceeded.
Can I book material from the library? How much time? How?
Yes, only the books, with a maximum of two bookings per reader.
Once the booking is activated the document will be kept for 3 days.
Has it have photocopies service?
NO.
Do they open on weekends?
Eight Saturdays a year depending on the specific calendar of each library.

Is it necessary being a member of the library to access to all its services?
No, the user card it’s only necessary to make borrowings.
Can I access to all the public municipal libraries of Valencia with the same card?
Yes.
If I loose my card or it is stolen : what should I do?
A copy of the card will be issued giving an ID photograph or similar.
Should I live in Valencia to be a user of the of the public municipal libraries of Valencia?
NO.
